The Olive Oil Bottling Unit (OOBU) has been designed to co-existing with its surroundings and vice-versa. Its minimal character, simple and clear shape show our intention for a moderate building, but with strong design.
While, it is clad in local stone and its proportions respect the proportions of the local dwellings, the full-height glass, dark steel details, large openings, big round skylight and minimal interior are enough to explain the contemporary and simultaneously high-tech character of the building.
Being in process of designing this building, we had always have in mind our principles; simple, dynamic, sustainable and modern architecture. A holistic bespoke solution, blended harmoniously in the natural environment.
Currently, the proposal has been submitted for planning permission.
