We are AYK Architects, a studio for architecture, urbanism and design founded by Andreas Y. Kyriakou in 2018. We are focused on design methods and procedures for creating a new paradigm and an innovative approach in the architecture industry.
We create crafted architectural experiences that are enriched by the local materiality, inspired by the contemporary life, and informed by the Mediterranean tradition. We believe to an architectural notion that uses minimal interventions and we prefer to work holistically and instinctively to every project.
Sustainability is at the heart of our design approach. Addressing crucial concerns about climate change, we believe that our architecture must encompass the health and wellbeing of our communities. Our environmental sensitiveness is developed around design strategies that reduce the negative environmental impact from the built environment.
